The idea is for us to be able to quickly check the state of the orders that we send out. Pei Pei will post which orders are in which state. Once they are received any one can edit the post to "received". I suggest we use tags for organizing the posts, that way we can edit the post to add or change a tag to indicate its change in status (Pei Pei can decide which tags make sense for the different stages).
